Mr Singh was brilliant, couldn't ask for better care. All of my pre and post op appointments were with him and he explained everything, left me with no questions and was incredibly helpful. The operation itself went perfectly too. Great care from everyone in the hospital but Mr Singh really went above and beyond.

I was a delight to have met the very friendly and calm Dr Singh. I was a very anxious patient and he reassured me as quickly as he could, as to the nature and treatment of my condition. Thank you to Dr Mark Singh and to the NHS in general - you all combine to make this an incredible institution in very trying times.

From what we can tell of the healing process he has appeared to have performed the required surgery well. He explained the procedure well beforehand and answered questions. At a follow-up review he also answered questions clearly and frankly.

Mr Mark Singh was very welcoming, calm and approachable when I saw him at outpatients clinic. He explained everything about my problems and the possible treatments including all the ongoing surgery and outcomes from these procedures. At no point did he rush the discussions or make me feel my questions were unimportant. On the day of surgery he came to see me again to make sure I knew what was going to happen. He and his whole team were all very clear and friendly - I felt I could trust that they would be professional and caring and do the best for me. At all times I felt that I was being treated as a person and not just a medical case. It was all a very positive experience in spite of all the discomfort - not something I have always experienced in past medical procedures. A credit to the NHS.

Took time and patience to set mind at ease and explain the situation. -as it happens, situation was clearing up, but really appreciated his calm approach to what was a very worrying situation of possible cancer.
